2013: Heisenberg becomes subsidiary of Telematicus Limited securing the CABIS intellectual property for Telematicus to further develop and provide CABIS-based products and solutions through its trading entities CABIS Business Solutions, and Global Green Drivers.

2010-2011: Heisenberg continues its increasing focus in the automotive sector building on expertise and experience in advanced automotive diagnostics. This focus has led to the development of CABIS applications for OEM programme management, multi-national corporation fleet management, and insurance-related products. The advent of the Smart Phone and its continuing explosive growth in market share and capabilitity has accelerated the next generation of CABIS Business Application Framework to embrace the Smart Phone and realise closed-loop real-time applications for driver safety, risk assessment, and customer operations.

2008-2010: Heisenberg extends its development capabilities beyond purely Microsoft technologies to include Apple and Google technologies amongst others.

2008: Heisenberg acquires the intellectual property, software code base and customer base of Cabis Group Limited.

2007: Heisenberg Limited is founded and becomes primary sales partner for Cabis Group Limited.

1994-2008: Cabis application framework and Business System developed by Cabis Limited and subsequently Cabis Group Limited. Customers in UK construction market, European automotive market, Norwegian shipping market and Belgium gas market are established.
